Water & Sewer

Water and Sewer utility bills are issued on a quarterly basis on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. For questions about your water and sewer bill, please contact Village Hall. To email any of the staff, click on their name to bring up the email form. On June 7, 2022, the Village Board adopted Ordinance 2022-02, Failure to Pay Water Charges. Water System Cross Connection Program

During 2010, the Village of Mishicot initiated a water system cross-connection control program to ensure that water quality for customers of the Mishicot Water Utility continues to be maintained at the highest standards in the industry. These inspections will be required on all residential dwellings once in a 10-year period and will be scheduled well in advance at the convenience of property owners. There may be occasions where potential water system cross connections need to be corrected by the property owner, but there will be no charges from the Village for the inspection services. We welcome any questions you have regarding our continuing efforts to protect your water quality.

New Customers and Moving Customers

If you are a new customer of the Mishicot Water and Sewer Utility or have moved within the village, please call 920-755-2525 and inform us of your new address so that we can get the account changed over into your name.
