Mishicot is located in east central Wisconsin, about 30 miles southeast of Green Bay, 85 miles north of Milwaukee, and 5 miles west of the shore of Lake Michigan.

When coming north on Interstate 43 from Milwaukee/Chicago, take exit 154 (Highway 310). Take Highway 310 east to Highway B (approx. 3 miles), then follow that north into Mishicot (approx. 4 miles).

When coming south from Green Bay, go south on Interstate 43 and turn off on exit 164 (Highway 147). Take Highway 147 east into Mishicot (approx. 7 miles).

When traveling east from Appleton, take Highway 10 east. Upon crossing Interstate 43, it becomes Highway 310. Continue east on Highway 310 to Highway B (approx. 3 miles), then follow that north into Mishicot (approx. 4 miles).
