Building Permits

Overview

The Village of Mishicot requires building permits for all home improvements, with exceptions for non-structural roof repairs and replacement, direct window replacement of the same size windows, floor coverings, and painting. Building permits can be obtained at the village hall office during normal business hours. The Village of Mishicot follows the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code.
