PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Before the Village of Mishicot Plan Commission

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Mishicot Village Hall located at 511 E Main St, Mishicot, Wisconsin, the Village of Mishicot Plan Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering amendments to the Village of Mishicot 2043 Comprehensive Plan.

The proposed amendments are being initiated by the Village and would result in two modifications to the 2043 Future Land Use Map which reclassifies two parcels of land (035-005-013-016.00 [Campion] and Lot 1 of 035-005-016-001.00 [Samz]) from their current Natural Area/Woodlands designation to the Residential designation as corrections to match with the existing R-1 Residential Zoning of the two properties.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to appear in person or by agent and be heard. If you cannot appear in-person, any person may submit written comments by letter addressed to: Village of Mishicot, Attn: Clerk/Treasurer, 511 E Main Street, PO Box 385, Mishicot, WI 54228; or by email to Clerk@vi.mishicot.wi.gov.
