If you are planning a renovation, addition or any remodeling, please check with the Village Hall to see if you need a building, plumbing, electrical or HVAC permit.  Also, be sure to always check your property lines and setback requirements before starting your project. This applies to residential and commercial properties alike. Fees double for those that start work without a permit.
