In June of 2011, the East Twin River overran its banks due to heavy rains both in the village and upstream, flooding the Village Park.

This view is looking downstream along the East Twin River from the Mishicot Dam.
This view is looking upstream on the East Twin River toward the Mishicot Dam. The drop from the dam, normally four or five feet, was reduced to about one foot.
